When is it time to start "anti-aging" products? Early prevention in 20s?

I am 21 years old and have started to notice a line between my eyebrows that comes when I squint and will stay there for a while afterward.

I exercise, try to eat healthily, and drink water.

Is there anything I can do to PREVENT my skin from aging? Is there such thing as early prevention? Thanks!

No, not really. Those products are angled at getting the most money possible out of desperate women.

Your best bet for avoiding wrinkles from ageing as long as possible is to protect your skin from the sun, keep yourself hydrated and healthy (which you're doing), and avoid makeup and anything else which doesn't contribute to your skin's health, as much as you can.

If you don't use your face and keep a vapid expression like a doll, you'll avoid wrinkles too - but if you want to smile, laugh, frown or generally express emotion, I'm afraid you're going to get them. This isn't ageing - it's living.
