Rules of the road for prevention of collision at sea CD?

Where can i get the training CD for the rules of the road /prevention of collision at sea regs including lights and shapes?


I have tried ebay and it is not on there. Any ideas?

Reply:The United States Sail and Power Squadron has courses in boating safety and navigation and piloting. You can contact them for an online course and they have local courses that come with CD. The Coast Guard and th Coast Guard Auxiliary also have courses.
