Reply:If I were you I would type in symptoms heart attack in my google or yahoo search and get a real answer on this. My ex-husband had three heart attacks, first one silent, second one pains in chest, third one throwing up and passing out head first on the bathroom floor. He had by pass surgery and a new aortic valve put in after last one. He seems in pretty good shape but was told after each one it was from smoking cigarettes. He still smokes! I quit after his seond attack...
