I have a project to do for my Psych Class. What's an activity to present to residents on relapse prevention?

I am in a clinical class where I have to present a class, activity or anything on relapse prevention. It is presented to the residents at the mental hospital and can include anything to get the point across. Prefer it to be fun and informative. Thanks

one way is to have the residents create a "coping basket". The residents draw a basket on a piece of paper and write in activities that are fun that they can do. For instance, I might put "going to a movie" in my coping basket or maybe "get a massage". THese are activities that a person can draw from when they are feeling like they may be relapsing, feeling down, depressed, etc
