Terrorist deaths VS abortion deaths (life prevention) in USA over past 30 years Do you know the figures?

Since 1977 to this point in 2007 there have been more than 38 MILLION abortions preformed in the USA . The largest number of deaths in the USA due to terroristism that I can find was in 2001 that death rate stands at just about 3THOUSAND. I know there were fewer than 3 thousand deaths due to terrorism in the USA over each of the preceding 29 years, but using 3 thousand as the figure means there would have been 90 THOUSAND deaths due to terrorism in the USA in 30 years. Terrorism=90,000 VS Abortion=38,000,000. If my figures are correct, the terrorism figure is less than 4% of the abortion figure. In NO way am I promoting terrorism!! We all know that terrorism and the death that goes with it is tragic. Isn't 38,000.000 tragic too? One is illeagal and one is legal. Both lead to death or life prevention. Ever think about it?

I think about it all the time. I've never heard these figures but I'm not surprised...more sad. Another reason to be pro-life. Abortions are like playing God. Had God not wanted you to get pregnant you wouldn't have. He obviously has some reason behind it and now we'll never know what miracles those 38 million could have preformed. :(





In reguards to the people who are saying that a woman has a right to choose...I totally agree. And they made that choice WHEN THEY HAD SEX!!!! I know that some woman are raped and get pregnant but thats what adoption is for. Give the innocent child a chance, and give it that chance with an infertile couple that would do anything to have a baby. I can't believe people today are so corrupt they can see their own child like this! When I was pregnant with my son there is no way I would've been able to lay there and listen to the heartbeat and then turn to my doctor and say, "Thats nice doctor...now kill it." It makes me sick to my stomach.
Reply:I know, it does make me sad that there are so many abortions. There is no need to kill an innocent baby that deserves a chance at life. When you think of all those abortions, you wonder how many of those babies could have grown up to be a person who could have made a difference in this world and done good, but they never had that chance.
Reply:I know I'm not going to change your mind with anything I say; I'm not even sure why I'm writing this. Perhaps to say that terrorists are murderers. Abortion is not murder. Until a fetus can live on its own outside the body, it is not a person. If you believe it is a person, I would encourage you to open a funeral parlor for miscarriages.

Terrorist deaths are caused by unreasonable governments and radicals who fight for an unreasonable cause.


Both are legal life prevention...

Reply:I agree with what`s already been said. Whats sad today is people want the pleasure it takes to bring a chid into being, but they dont want the responsibility that comes with it. What a tragic waste of life.
