How do you influence key stakeholders to recognise their role in a health prevention strategy?
This is more about communicating with the key stakeholders rather than specifically persuading them.

This one is specific to surgery (but as you haven't said which part of health it might be exactly what you need) http://www.sgim.org/conference.cfm

This is a really tough thing to do and there are lots of courses and books. (I found 250 thousand references on the web so only put a sample on here.)

I read a really good general book which might give you ideas about the way of thinking behind what you are looking to do - it was called "how to win friends and influence people". It is a really easy to read book and I am sure that you would be able to apply it to your situation as well as probably your life in general. (The book is widely available for less than £10 and you might even be able to borrow it from your local library.)

Do you really mean health prevention or do you mean health problem (illness) prevention?

(Please clarify in further information on the question.)
