I've seen on TV in Canada a vaccine or prevention of some type for travellers, it's suppose to prevent diaria from parasites while in places like Mexico, I think it was called Durokal, but I'm not able to find anything about it anywhere. Does anyone know anything about this. I'm heading to Mexico soon and would love to not have to worry about this.

There is a vaccine against cholera that can prevent you from getting diarrhea from unsafe water.
