Prevention of ms?

My mother was just diagnosed with MS. I know that it is not really inherited but the chances of myself getting it are increased being that I am a first degree relative. Are there any supplements or measures I could take to protect myself further? Should I be worried?

Prevention of ms?
ask your doctor, he can guide better than anyone.
Reply:This is nothing you can do to try to prevent it or lessen your chances of getting it.
Reply:I'm going to sound really strange to you and to the majority of people on this answers forum, but there is something you can do.

No flu shots.

No artificial sweeteners.

Not too much salmon or tuna.

Eat healthy.

Find food based pharmaceutical grade supplements.

Exercise.

Be healthy spiritually.
Reply:When you know that it is not inherited, you should not worry. It has a different aetiology.
