Is there a blood clotter prevention treatment out there?

Even if I have never had any heart attacks before (just minor chest pains due to anxiety/stress). I want to prevent a heart attack in the future.

Thanks!

Is there a blood clotter prevention treatment out there?
1 Baby Aspirin (81 mg) every morning

Regular exercise

High fiber diet, based on the guidelines of the American Heart Association

Don't smoke

Limit alcohol
Reply:to prevent a heart attack, just eat healthy and not so much fats, because when you eat fatty substences, they form inside your vessles making the red blood cells die because they work too hard to get the fat out! also you can get a blood clott by getting the wrong type of blood so watch out!!! but unfortonatly there is no blood clotter prevention treatment... so good luck and stay in shape!
Reply:one 81 mg baby aspirin

omega 3 fish oil capsules
Reply:I dont know if blood clotts cause heart attacks, but i know aspirin thins the blood however that means cuts take longer to stop bleeding and you can also develop an ulcer from the aspirin on your stomack linning. I think a healthy diet and lifestyle are much better options
Reply:Every medicine has its side effects and this includes Baby Aspirin. Your doctor is the only authority to suggest any medicine. In the meantime eat healty diet, avoid junk food, drink plenty of water, increase your physicall activity and decrease your stress. You will be fine Insha Allah.
Reply:warfiine or asprin
