Prevention of ginisitisivis?
I think you mean gingivitis.

Gingivitis is the bleeding, inflammation and infection of the gums, eventually destroying the gums, and tooth sockets. Caused by the build up of plaque.

To prevent gingivitis we need to brush our teeth at lest twice a day, and floss once a day, and regular dental check ups, which may include a complete clean by dentist, to remove any plaque build up.
Reply:Brush, brush, brush. When my 15 yo got gums swollen and bleeding from developing gingivitis, the prescription was brush and floss 3 times a day. The brushing was for 4 minutes each time!

It worked. Everything got better in about two weeks.
