what do you guys use on your hair before curling or straightening your hair to prevent your hair from being damaged?

The best out there in my opinion is the Chi line. It is rather expensive, but very well worth it! They have spray that you use before flat ironing, and hairspray and gels and serums, shampoo and cond. Everything you need.

Reply:Tresemme have a fantastic range of heat defense products out at the moment. They are a good price and can help build the hairs defense to heat and styling damage. For best results use the shampoos, conditioners and all styling product for maximum effect.
Reply:well i never used a straightner or a curling iron,but if i did i would use john frieda's frizz ease products.
